This position develops and oversees implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the accounting system, including general ledger through audited financial statements, internal controls, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, restricted funds, deposits and loans, and payroll. If you like working outdoors, this position is for you. This position uses care and respect while performing the burials, entombments and inurnments at the cemetery including the preparation for and clean up after interments. Cemetery Field Services will be working outside daily, serving our families all year around, working in the elements, hiking, walking and working on sloping hills and paths. This position uses cemetery machinery and equipment. This position also cares for the grounds, mausoleums, and other facilities at all four Catholic cemeteries with a focus on safety. This position interfaces with diocesan, cemetery, mortuary, and sales staff, and vendors, and the public and families who visit the cemetery. Training and clothing allowance is provided. Must have a valid CA Driver's License and High School Diploma/Equivalent.
