Communications

Diocesan communications are more than a tool to announce important Church developments, policies, and events. Rather, communication is a primary means of evangelizing -- a way of spreading the Good News among our parishes, schools, and institutions and thereby to the community we serve as a whole. The primary vehicle used by the bishop of Santa Rosa to keep Catholics informed of developments both within the diocese and throughout the universal Church is North Coast Catholic -- a monthly magazine available in all parishes and mailed to subscribers as well as all donors to the Annual Ministries Appeal. The diocesan website has been developed to provide a continuing channel of accurate and timely information on diocesan matters. To submit material or links for consideration on the website, please contact the Communications Office at 707-566-3302, or email: [email protected]. 

News releases are published and posted on the diocesan website to keep members of the diocese apprised of current events affecting all Catholics. These also can be used in conjunction with letters from the bishop, found on this site under Bishop's Letters or Cartas del Obispo section.
