Under the direct supervision of the Parish Business Manager, the Parish Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining, repairing and cleaning building areas/equipment and to assist others in their duties to ensure safe, clean and well-maintained parish/school property. This position performs repair and maintenance tasks in support of quality standards encompassing a variety of skills of different trades, including, but not limited to carpentry, masonry, painting and plumbing, basic electronics and electrical and mechanical work. Senior Store Manager - The Church Mouse Thrift Stores, a ministry of St. Francis Solano Catholic Church - Sonoma, CA The Church Mouse has two locations: the Thrift Center and the Downtown Store. Both are located in the Sonoma area. Under general supervision of the Pastor, this position as Senior Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of both Church Mouse operations using about 20% of their time for program management, financial management, staff leadership and supervision, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and supervising the distribution of inventory. The remaining time (80%), the Senior Store Manager is responsible for the Downtown Store sales and ensures the safe and efficient operation of the Downtown location and its direct employees. The Senior Store Manager demonstrates a high level of customer service and has the ability to work with a diverse range of the public. The Senior Store Manager is a team member who provides supervision to internal staff and works with the general public to support our mission.
