This position reports to the Office Manager to support Furth Center scheduled events. The Event Technician is responsible for helping with set up and closing procedures. This position also monitors events and assists the host with specific event tasks. Thrift Store Driver - The Church Mouse / St. Francis Solano Catholic Church, Sonoma
This important position supports the operation of our thrift stores by picking up, delivering, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory and merchandise donated from the general public to two of our retail outlets. The Thrift Store Driver provides excellent service to internal and external customers. Our Driver is a team member with both of our thrift store locations. Proceeds from sales go to the parish and school. Delivery van is provided. Some other responsibilities include: keeping inventory logs, maintaining and cleaning the delivery vehicle, and working with the general public looking to support our mission. Family Services Advisor - Catholic Cemeteries, Santa Rosa & Petaluma
Catholic Cemeteries is looking for a full-time office support. The Family Services Advisor provides a professional and welcoming atmosphere to efficiently and effectively serve those who are in need of Cemetery services. For customer service and sales, this position is the first point of contact representing the Catholic Cemeteries by telephone or greeting in-person for families and mortuaries. This position explains procedures and policies for Catholic interment, explains cemetery fees and options, and makes arrangements for services both pre-need and at time of need. The Music/Liturgy Director organizes and establishes a successful ministry program and encourages the people involved in music ministry of the importance of their responsibility to minister their talents through sacred song. The Director of Music and Liturgy, as a key member of the pastoral team, is to be thoroughly committed to Jesus Christ and His Church. He/she is a skilled and competent musician who is familiar with and committed to the vision set forth for liturgy and worship by the Second Vatican Council and the United States Bishops. It is further expected that such knowledge and commitments will lead to an appropriate execution of the position responsibilities. This individual has responsibilities that include weekend and seasonal liturgies, holy days, and other parish celebrations as well as training, directing, and scheduling for choirs, cantors, and other liturgical ministers.
